DescriptionThe whole story

The belly pan is the one carbon panel on a Panigale V4 that has to solve two problems at once: it has to clear a racing exhaust, and it has to keep the airflow under the engine attached at speed. Fullsix builds this one for the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4 S around an under-seat or slip-on system, which is why the tunnel sits higher and further back than on the road part it replaces. Order code MD-V425-C41, 432,91 euro net at list.

Key Features

  • Cut for under-seat and slip-on exhaust systems on the 2025 Panigale V4 and V4 S — the section around the collector is shaped for a race pipe, not the standard silencer
  • Autoclave-cured carbon fibre throughout, with no glass fibre backing and no hybrid laminate
  • Six factory configurations: 200 Plain in clear coat, matt, satin or raw, and 245 Twill in clear coat or matt
  • Raw carbon is the lightest of the six and the least expensive, because no coating is applied
  • Race component — no ABE, no EC type approval, not permitted on public roads in Germany
  • Fitting note from Fullsix: the two lower nipples behind the oil radiator have to be cut off for the panel to seat cleanly

Construction and Material Quality

Every panel is laid up by hand and cured in an autoclave, which is what separates a structural carbon part from a cosmetic one. Under pressure and heat the resin content drops and the void content goes with it, so the finished laminate carries load instead of merely covering the part underneath. On a belly pan that matters more than on a cover: it sits in the hot, dirty, stone-blasted part of the motorcycle and it has to hold its shape while a header runs a few centimetres away.

The weave you choose changes the look rather than the strength. 200 Plain is the tighter chequerboard pattern Ducati uses on its own carbon parts, so it reads as factory-correct next to an OEM winglet or mudguard. 245 Twill is the diagonal weave, coarser and more visible from a distance, and it costs a little more. Raw carbon skips the lacquer step entirely and leaves the weave open — matt, slightly dry to the eye, and the lightest option Fullsix offers on this panel.

Fitment and Compatibility

Ducati Panigale V4 and Panigale V4 S, model years 2025 and 2026. It is designed around the 2025 generation and does not transfer to the 2018-2024 bike, whose belly pan mounts and exhaust routing are different. Before fitting, the two lower nipples behind the oil radiator have to be removed — Fullsix states this explicitly, and skipping it is the usual reason a panel will not sit flush. The part replaces the original lower fairing section and uses the existing mounting points.

Road Approval

None. This panel is a motorsport component and carries neither an ABE nor an EC operating permit. Fitting it to a motorcycle used in road traffic voids the operating licence. It belongs on a machine that is run on a circuit and already carries a racing exhaust system, which is the configuration it was cut for.
