DescriptionThe whole story▼

Accossato's Organic front pads for the KTM 790 Adventure fit model years 2019 to 2024. The 790 Adventure is a parallel-twin travel bike that many owners use as an everyday machine: commuting through the week, a gentle loop on Sunday, the odd gravel road on the way home. For that relaxed use the Organic compound is a sensible choice. Accossato says it gives long-lasting performance and limits disc wear, so the twin front discs keep their surface longer and running costs stay down between services.

Key Features

  • Organic compound for the front calipers of the KTM 790 Adventure
  • Fits the 790 Adventure from 2019 to 2024
  • Accossato: long life and low disc wear
  • Smooth, progressive bite for commuting and relaxed touring
  • Quiet in town and at low speed
  • Each box holds two pads for one caliper; the bike has two front calipers
  • The same pad is also made as ST, EV1, EV2 and ZXC

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's Organic formula prioritises durability and a gentle touch on the rotor. On a 790 Adventure, which may cover large distances between services, that keeps pad changes infrequent and preserves the front discs. The friction material is bonded to a steel carrier made for the bike's front calipers.

Two Calipers, Two Boxes

The 790 Adventure brakes with two discs and two calipers at the front, so a full front change takes two boxes of these pads. Always renew both sides together so the braking stays balanced. Clean the pistons before pushing them back, check the fluid level and pump the lever until it firms up. Then give the new pads a gentle bedding-in period before any hard stops.

Everyday Miles on a Travel Bike

The Organic compound suits riders whose 790 Adventure spends more time on tarmac than on gravel, and who value a calm, progressive lever. For heavy luggage, rain and mountain descents, ST is the steadier option, and EV1 appeals to riders who push hard on twisty roads.

Fitment and Compatibility

These pads fit the front calipers of the KTM 790 Adventure from 2019 to 2024, matching Accossato's reference ADVENTURE 790 (2019-2024). Two boxes are needed for both front calipers. For the rear, Accossato lists pad AGPA29, which covers the 790 Adventure from 2019 to 2024.

Road Approval

There is no German ABE or test certificate for these pads on our side, so we supply them for racing and competition.

Scope of Delivery

One box with two Organic front pads for the KTM 790 Adventure, enough for one of its two front calipers.
