The Superveloce 800 dresses MV Agusta's modern three-cylinder sports bike in the lines of a racer from another era, with a single round lamp in the nose of its fairing. On a design built around details, the levers are among the parts you see every time you sit on it, and their colour matters more than their size suggests. The Accossato EDF099 is a CNC-machined aluminium brake lever for the Superveloce 800 of 2023 to 2025, including the S version, with adjustable reach and seven blade colours.

Construction and Material Quality
The EDF099 is machined from a solid aluminium blank and anodised afterwards. Anodising dyes a thin, clear oxide skin that grows from the aluminium, so the texture left by the cutter stays visible beneath the colour; a silver blade therefore looks much like freshly cut metal. The hub, carrying pivot and adjuster, is black on every lever, and the blade carries the colour. There is no joint anywhere in the lever. It is fixed, and it moves as a single part each time you brake.
Silver, Black and a Period Look
Racing motorcycles of the 1960s and 1970s wore levers of plain or polished aluminium and carried very little decoration in the cockpit. A silver blade on the Superveloce 800 echoes that, while the black hub keeps the base of the lever discreet. Silver is made in the standard and short lengths. Black is the quietest option of all, available in the standard length, and on a dark cockpit it makes the change almost invisible. If you would rather the lever joined in with the paintwork, the red blade, made in the standard length only, could pick up red on your bike, and gold is another colour with a period feel, offered in all three lengths. Whatever you have in mind, look at the Superveloce 800 from the saddle and from the front before ordering, because that is where the lever is seen. Then set the reach in your riding gloves with your hands on the clip-ons, not standing beside the bike, so the blade meets the fingers where they naturally fall when you are tucked in.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the EDF099 for the Superveloce 800 and the Superveloce 800 S from 2023 to 2025. Bikes of the 2020 to 2022 model years are not on the list for this brake lever, so check the year of your Superveloce before ordering. The lever fits the original master cylinder. On the clutch side, Accossato's ESM048 covers a longer span, from 2020 to 2025, and shares the black hub and the colour range.

Without a documented German ABE, the EDF099 is offered by us for use on the track.
