DescriptionThe whole story▼

Some CFMOTO 700MT machines stop being transport altogether. The mirrors come off on a Friday evening, the luggage stays at home, and the bike spends Saturday on a closed circuit with a number taped to the screen. Accossato's EV2 racing material is made for that use and nothing milder: the company calls it the top competition mixture in its pad range, and it is available on the AGPA92 front plate of the 700MT of 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Key Features

  • Front pads for the CFMOTO 700MT in the EV2 racing material, article number AGPA92EV2
  • Catalogued for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 model years
  • Accossato presents this as a mixture for competition, not for the commute
  • Identical plate and outline to the other AGPA92 article numbers
  • OR, ST, EV1 and ZXC are the alternatives on that plate
  • One caliper takes one box of two pads
  • The rear wheel of the 2024 and 2025 bike is served by the AGPP91
  • No German ABE held here; strictly for closed courses and competition

Construction and Material Quality

The maker's sentence about this material is blunt, and we will not dress it up. EV2 racing is a competition mixture. It is formulated to answer heavy, repeated pressure at the lever and to go on answering as a session heats up, which also means that the first application of a cold morning tells you nothing whatever about it. Nothing else differs: the plate, the outline and the box of two pads are shared with the calmer versions of the AGPA92, and the pad drops into the same caliper as they do.

Leaving It Late, Session After Session

A heavy, upright machine on a closed course puts an unusual load on its front brake. The rider sits high, the 700MT carries good speed down the straight and then has to be hauled down at a marker board, and the exercise repeats every ninety seconds for as long as the session lasts. What counts there is not one enormous stop but the tenth being recognisably the same as the second, which is why a rider chasing consistency starts paying attention to pad material at all.

Preparation matters more than the parts list on a day like that. Bleed fresh fluid through before the event instead of promising yourself you will do it afterwards, wipe the discs down when the wheel goes back in, and let a new set find its feet over the opening laps with a run of firmer and firmer stops. Between runs, look at how much material is left, spin the wheel to feel whether anything is rubbing, and bring the lever up solid before the bike is pushed out. A competition pad rewards that routine and exposes its absence.

Fitment and Compatibility

The AGPA92 belongs to the front wheel of the CFMOTO 700MT of 2023, 2024 and 2025, and to nothing else in the Accossato list. Owners of older or newer machines should look for their own article number rather than hope. A box covers one caliper and both of its pads are changed at once, so establish the caliper count on your own bike first. At the back, the AGPP91 covers the 2024 and 2025 seasons, and Accossato's disc range does not extend to this model.

Road Approval

No German ABE and no test report exist in our files for the AGPA92EV2. It is therefore sold as a competition part, for use away from public traffic.

Scope of Delivery

Two AGPA92 pads in the EV2 racing material, packed as the set one caliper requires.
