Suomy developed the Track-1 shell using a proprietary Tricarboco-Fiber layup — a tri-layer composite of Kevlar®, carbon fibre and fibreglass — that delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. The geometry was validated in a wind tunnel, so the profile cuts cleanly through the air rather than lifting or buffeting at speed. Ventilation and Visor System

Four independent front vents draw air into the helmet and route it across the interior before exhausting at the rear. The quick-release visor mechanism makes swapping to a tinted lens a tool-free, seconds-long operation at the side of the road.
