Race-Bred Construction

Every element of the GDU8837 has been chosen for performance under sustained track abuse. Titanium headers resist the extreme temperatures generated during hard, back-to-back sessions where a stainless system would be at its thermal limit, and the material's natural properties mean the entire system remains stiff and dimensionally stable regardless of heat cycling. The twin Spark Rectangular silencers are a signature Spark design — compact, aerodynamically clean, and acoustically tuned to deliver a sharp, immediate throttle response rather than the muted note of a road-legal system.

Installation Notes

The original cooling fan must be removed before fitting, as the front header connection requires the clearance that the fan occupies. This system is also not compatible with the OEM pillion footpegs or the standard tail tidy, so plan for those changes during the installation process. To extract the full performance potential, a dedicated race map or a custom dyno tune is strongly recommended after fitment.
