Spark Exhaust has built its reputation on precision Italian craftsmanship, and the Grid-O exemplifies that philosophy. The header pipes are formed from lightweight titanium tube, hand-TIG-welded to a fitment standard that ensures zero leaks and consistent gas flow. The silencer canister continues the theme: a pure titanium shell that resists discolouration under sustained hard use far better than steel, while the titanium end cap completes a cohesive, aesthetically purposeful package. The result is a system that looks as purposeful as it performs.

Performance & Sound

Designed explicitly for racing series operating without decibel restrictions, the Grid-O delivers an aggressive, free-revving exhaust note that reflects the reduced back-pressure and improved scavenging the titanium pipework provides. Without the db-killer the system measures 114 dB at 5,500 rpm. Reinsert the included G9980 db-killer and the note is tamed sufficiently for controlled-noise environments. To extract the full performance potential, Spark and Inter-Pace strongly recommend a dedicated race map or dyno session calibrated to the open exhaust.

Fitment & Compatibility

This full exhaust system is a direct fitment for the BMW S1000RR K67 covering model years 2019 through 2026. It is compatible with standard OEM fairings and both factory and aftermarket radiators. An optional chassis bracket is available for further customisation. The included pillion footpeg bracket retains OEM-style functionality, making installation straightforward on both track-only and road-registered bikes.
