Road-legal under Euro 4 homologation, it transforms the S1000RR without a single ECU modification.

Performance and Build Quality

SC-Project developed the SC1-S as the next evolution of the SC1 family, combining race-department construction methods with the practical requirements of a road-registered superbike. The canister body is available in twill-weave carbon or brushed titanium — both materials chosen for their superior strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to the heat cycles a high-revving inline-four generates continuously on road and track alike.

A carbon fibre heat shield is included as standard, protecting adjacent bodywork and delivering the visual coherence that SC-Project is known for across MotoGP paddocks worldwide. The titanium link pipe connects the canister directly to the existing headers with no modification, and the precision-machined bracket ensures solid, rattle-free mounting on the K67 subframe.

Road and Track Use

With the DB killer installed the SC1-S meets Euro 4 noise standards and carries full EC and TÜV approval, making it straightforward to register for daily road use. Remove the DB killer for circuit days and the SC1-S rewards with the open, focused exhaust note that has made SC-Project a fixture in Superbike World Championship pitlanes. The dyno-verified power gains — +1.3 hp at 11,500 rpm and +0.8 Nm at 10,250 rpm — are achieved without any additional tuning, though further optimisation through ECU mapping will extract even more from the freer-flowing exhaust path.
