Build Quality & Performance

Spark's GDU8842 half system is engineered specifically for the Panigale V4 platform. The titanium silencers are the centrepiece: lightweight, heat-resistant, and shaped to the aggressive proportions that the V4's tail demands. The stainless steel link pipe bridges the factory collectors to the new silencers cleanly, resisting the thermal cycling that ruins lesser materials over a season of hard riding.

The removable dB killer gives you genuine flexibility — leave it in for road use or pull it for track days and let the full 104 dB voice of the system come through. For maximum gains on road or circuit, Spark recommends pairing this system with a dedicated race map or a dyno session to extract every last benefit from the freer exhaust flow.

Installation Notes

The pillion footpegs must be removed before fitting. On Euro 5 variants of the Panigale V4, a small amount of material — a few millimetres — needs to be filed from the plastic cover of the original collector to allow the Spark link pipe to seat correctly. This is a minor, one-time preparation step and does not affect the standard fairing or tail tidy fitment.
