Retaining the original headers and replacing everything downstream with hand-crafted Italian titanium pipework and twin Grid-O slip-on silencers, this system transforms the Panigale V4 from road weapon to near-race specification without the compromise of a full system swap.

Construction & Performance

Titanium is the natural choice for a system targeting maximum weight reduction without sacrificing strength. Spark uses aerospace-grade titanium for both the connecting pipe and the Grid-O silencer cans, producing a system that runs cooler to the touch than stainless steel, resists the discolouration of repeated heat cycles and saves meaningful kilos over the stock unit. The characteristic titanium blue-gold heat tint that develops with use gives the system a visual signature that looks as purposeful as it performs.

At approximately 104 dB with the dB-killer removed, the Grid-O delivers the hard-edged, mechanical howl that the V4 engine's firing order was designed to make. With the dB-killer fitted, the note remains distinctly more aggressive than standard while keeping volume at a more manageable level for early-morning road use. To extract the full performance benefit, Spark and Inter-Pace both recommend a dedicated race map or a custom dyno tune alongside installation.

Fitment Notes

The system is designed to mount directly alongside the standard fairing panels and the factory-fitted tail tidy — no cutting, drilling or panel modification is necessary. The pillion rearsets must be removed before fitting the silencers; this is a straightforward process and does not require permanent removal of any frame hardware.

On EURO 5 specification Panigale V4 models, a small amount of material must be filed from the plastic cover of the original collector in order for the Spark link pipe to seat correctly. This is a minor preparation step and does not affect structural integrity or legality.
